Happy Fitness Friday! Another week, another round of excuses for not fitting in workouts? Not chance. It’s all about a good quickie… the workout kind, obviously! Another shoot launched this week on Refinery 29 with adidas and we focused on workouts that will get you toned in 4 minutes. These are so easy to do at home or outside, especially because the gear is made for cold weather, and you won’t have to invest in any expensive equipment. This is the same fleece I wore in my Gordes post so you can really see the versatility of it being a relaxed weekend piece or a full on workout top. Again, I thought it would be best to put them into gifs so you can see the movements and flow a little better.
