Happy Fitness Friday! The kettlebell is one of my favorites because it's way more versatile than regular hand weights. When you use one of these you put your whole body into throwing it around, which ends up toning more areas. This is a 5 lb weight and I personally don't go any higher because I don't want to bulk up. I have a lot of muscle memory from years of sports so my body responds to a heavier weight by getting thicker, not leaner. It's great to swing this baby around and fun to add in to complement whatever cardio you prefer. These are a few of my favorites exercises. My "trouble area" is the back of my legs and butt so I focus a lot of exercise here to help tone. When I combine this with walking or running stairs, I can really feel a difference!
