Happy Fitness Friday! This week it is all about tying fashion and fitness together. I’m sure you’ve noticed that I’ve only worn pants on my blog maybe a handful of times. This is not really a mistake because I, like many women, hate wearing and shopping for pants. They fit different everywhere. They fit different everyday. It’s exhausting! So I partnered up with LOFT to help bring some peace to pants shopping. They just revolutionized their fit completely. And when I say completely, I mean that they spent the past few years surveying women, hiring a pants doctor (no, seriously) and understanding the core of women’s issues with buying and fitting into pants. They made changes to 4 key problem areas: butt, thigh, leg, and waist. I think that one of the main reasons we women go to the gym, other than for health and meeting boys, is to fit into our clothes better and feel more confident. I decided to put together a few workouts to help you target those exact areas. So, between the changes they’ve made to flatter and the targeted workouts, the terror of pants shopping can feel like a thing of the past!
When I went into the store I thought it would be a process to find a style that I really loved but I ended up leaving with TWO pairs pretty quickly and was really pleased with the fit! The blue is the Marisa bi-stretch straight in cobalt blue and the grey is Marisa bi-stretch slim boot. Let me know if you try them out and how you feel!
