Surf Suit: Seea
There's nothing I love more than taking a workout outside during the summer and if I can include water then that's even better! I prefer paddleboarding over surfing lately because I'm not experienced enough to surf alone and it's very calm when you're standing out there in the water. That's why people love to practice yoga on the board (you can read more about that here). I was really stiff yesterday and was trying to work on some poses which is why I'm soaked in all of these photos! Practice makes perfect!
From a style perspective, an active swimsuit needs to be much more than just a bikini. I have these in two colors and the combination of the longsleeve rashguard look with shorts hits the right note every time. I've had these in my bag for all of my recent active escapes from kayaking in the mountains for the 4th of July to paddleboarding here in the bay. The shorts are more flattering for my body type than a high-waisted, fuller coverage bottom, which I personally feel is the more dated way to take a bikini into sport mode. Check out more options from Seea here. I also love these swim shorts AND I'm also a big fan of the capri swim legging but that deserves a whole separate post coming soon.
