Hey everyone! I've been wavering back and forth between using music or not using music when I practice. Some days, I crave listening to it while I move and sometimes, especially lately, I've been practicing at night to just my own breath with candles lit. It really depends on my mood and energy level. Here's a playlist of what I've been listening to lately. It's a little chill and a little upbeat but doesn't overpower my concentration. Enjoy!
